THE INFLUENCE OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROFICIENCY ON ADMINISTRATIVE EFFICIENCY
Abstract: This study aims to investigate the influence of technological proficiency on administrative efficiency, emphasizing the importance of tech-savvy administrative staff in modern organizations. The survey method was chosen for its effectiveness in collecting broad-based quantitative data. A sample size of 390 administrative staff from a tech company in Lagos was determined using Taro Yamane’s formula. The survey’s reliability coefficient score was 0.90, indicating strong reliability. Results indicate that technological proficiency significantly boosts administrative efficiency by streamlining processes and improving task management. The study recommends regular technology training and updates for administrative staff to maintain high levels of efficiency and adaptability to new technological advancements.
